This website is operated by Vertex Hub Motors Limited. Vehicle descriptions, specifications and prices are provided in good faith from the Japanese auction sheets and our own inspections, but errors can occur. Please confirm any detail that is important to you before purchasing. Prices are in pounds sterling and may change without notice until a deposit is paid.

Vehicles in stock

A deposit reserves a vehicle for an agreed period. The balance is due before collection or delivery. Vehicles are sold as used vehicles with the mileage recorded on the Japanese export certificate and auction sheet.

Sourced vehicles

When we source a vehicle at auction on your behalf we act as your buying agent. Your maximum bid is agreed in writing before the auction. If the vehicle is not won, your deposit is carried forward or refunded. Once a vehicle is won at auction the purchase is binding and the auction price is payable in full.

Import charges

Import duty, VAT and registration fees are charged at the rates set by HMRC and the DVLA at the time of import. Estimates are given in good faith but the final amounts are those charged by the authorities.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
