• Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through server logs and, if enabled, analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to source and sell vehicles to you, to meet our legal obligations (for example HMRC and DVLA paperwork when you buy a vehicle) and to improve our website. We rely on our legitimate interests and, where you buy a vehicle, on the performance of a contract with you.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with suppliers needed to complete a purchase (shipping agents, customs brokers, the DVLA, insurers) and with service providers who host our website and email.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to a vehicle purchase are kept for six years for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
